Yummy Tomatoes

In my regular attempt to make my veggies tasty, I made some yummy tomatoes accidently.


And there’s no cooking needed, just a number of spices.

Here’s how:

1. Slice the tomatoes as shown above. You can use big or small ones – whatever you fancy.

2. In a small mixing bowl, mix 2-3 tablespoons of sesame oil, 2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese, a pinch of black pepper and a pinch of garlic powder.

3. Deep and coat each slice of tomato in the mixture evenly.

4. Serve with your mains and enjoy!
